Pebax® Block Copolyamides are plasticizer-free thermoplastic elastomers that are easily utilized in injection molding and extrusion processing.
With intrinsic flexibility, superior torque transference and resistance to softening in the body, Pebax® polymers are an excellent choice for medical instrument components, especially catheter systems. They are sterilizable, RF weldable, and have UPS Class VI clearance.

- **Special orders will be considered for MED grades which request narrowed or limited specifications. These orders will be filled on an “as available” basis and supply is usually very limited. These orders will be surcharged for an additional handling fee of 10% per lb. for each specification requirement on a specific product.
- Foster Corporation is the authorized and exclusive distributor of Pebax® polyether block amide elastomers and Rilsan® polyamide 11 & 12 polymers to the medical market.
- Pebax is packaged in 44 lb. bags except for grades 4033 and 2533. These grades are packaged in 55 lb. bags.
- Pebax SA01 "MED" grades are USP Class VI Compliant.

Packaging- The pricing on the attached schedule apply to domestic products packaged in 44 lb bags. All imported products are packaged in 20 kgs (44.092 lbs) and/or 25 kgs (55.115 lbs)

Credit Terms Freight and Shipping Information- Transportation method must be specified on purchase order/li>
- Buyer assumes all responsibilities for freight costs and for all claims made on damages occurring during transport
