Recently Foster reinforced their commitment by adding a Director of Quality to their staff, Ronn L. Schrader. Ronn is an M.S. graduate with ASQ certifications and extensive experience in quality, production and management. Foster has added Ronn to the staff to take its existing positive quality attributes to a new level. Foster has set a goal to become the benchmark of quality in the specialty compounding industry.
Ronn L. Schrader comes to Foster with extensive experience in Quality Management Systems. He was Quality Systems Support Manager at US Smokeless Tobacco in Nashville, Tennessee before joining Foster Corporation in Putnam Connecticut. Prior to His position at US Smokeless Tobacco he worked for Comalloy International in Nashville and ABC technologies in Gallatin Tennessee.
Ronn holds a Master of Science Degree in Engineering Technology from Middle Tennessee State University and a Bachelor of Science Degree from Middle Tennessee State University and an Associates Degree in Industrial Engineering from Nashville State Technical Institute. Ronn also has been certified as a Certified Quality Manager by the American Society for Quality.
